Fantastic hip length opera coat from the 1980s in lush black cotton velvet. Roomy pockets at both hips and shoulders pads.  Fully lined in black satin that feels like a rayon or similar.  Gentle A Line swing shape. Hidden pockets up the front then one pretty button at the throat that buttons a bit to the side. Very 1940s in style. Medium to large size I'd say.  Label reads: There are two. The one at the neck reads: Portrait. The other is at the side and its is full of lovely info. It says De Ball Velvet, 100% Cotton, Water Repellant, Stain and crease resistant. Theres also a Union Made label.

Excellent near mint vintage condition.
